使用开场前 BeforeShow（下称「BeforeShow」）即表示你同意本用户协议。请在使用前仔细阅读。

BeforeShow 是一款帮助你记录演唱会、Livehouse 与音乐节现场，并在开场前查看倒计时与现场信息、散场后回看记忆的本地优先应用。App 提供的信息来自你手动输入、主动粘贴的链接解析结果或设备端截图识别，不代表主办方官方发布。
2. 账号与数据
BeforeShow 不需要注册账号即可使用。现场信息与媒体内容默认保存在你的设备本地；同行分享等主动启用的联网功能由 Apple 系统与 CloudKit 提供。你有责任自行备份设备中的重要数据。
3. Pro 订阅
Pro 会员通过 Apple App Store 订阅购买，并提供更高的现场保存额度。订阅为自动续费订阅：除非在当期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则将按你选择的价格自动续费。你可以随时在「系统设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。取消后，你仍可使用当期剩余时间及已有内容。
4. 内容与知识产权
BeforeShow 的名称、标志、界面设计及相关素材的著作权归开发者所有。你在 App 内创建的记忆、分享卡片等内容归你所有，并授权 BeforeShow 在 App 内为展示之目的处理这些内容。你确认拥有或有权使用你导入的演出名称、票面信息与媒体内容。
5. 免责声明
BeforeShow 按「现状」提供服务，不保证功能永不中断或无错误。演出信息以主办方公布为准；因演出取消、延期、改期或票务信息变化造成的损失，BeforeShow 不承担责任。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，BeforeShow 不对因使用本应用产生的间接或附带损失负责。
6. 协议变更与终止
我们可能适时更新本协议，并在本页面公布最新版本；重大变更会在 App 内显著提示。你可以随时停用并删除 BeforeShow 中的本地数据。违反本协议时，我们可能限制或终止向你提供服务。
7. 法律适用
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（仅为本协议之目的，不含港澳台地区）。如本协议任何条款被认定无效，其余条款仍继续有效。

By using BeforeShow (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before use.
Last updated: August 20261. Service Description
BeforeShow is a privacy-first app that helps you record concerts, Livehouse shows, and festivals, view countdowns and event details before the show, and revisit memories afterward. Information shown in the App comes from your manual input, parsing of links you paste, or on-device screenshot recognition, and does not represent official announcements by the organizer.
2. Account and Data
BeforeShow can be used without registering an account. Event information and media content are stored locally on your device by default; network features such as companion sharing are provided by Apple and CloudKit when you enable them. You are responsible for backing up important data on your device.
3. Pro Subscription
Pro membership is purchased as a subscription through the Apple App Store and provides a higher event storage limit. It is an auto-renewing subscription: unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will renew automatically at the price you selected. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time under System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, you keep access for the remainder of the current period and to existing content.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
The name, logo, interface design, and related assets of BeforeShow belong to the developer. Content you create in the App, such as memories and share cards, belongs to you, and you grant BeforeShow the right to process this content within the App for display purposes. You confirm that you own or have the right to use the event names, ticket information, and media content you import.
5. Disclaimer
BeforeShow is provided "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality. Event information is subject to the organizer's official announcements; BeforeShow is not responsible for losses caused by cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, or changes to ticketing information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeforeShow is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time and publish the latest version on this page; material changes will be highlighted in the App. You may stop using and delete local data in BeforeShow at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate our service to you.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for the purposes of these Terms, the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions). If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
