开场前 BeforeShow（下称「BeforeShow」）尊重并保护你的个人数据。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用、保存在哪里，以及你可以如何删除。

本地保存的现场信息。你手动添加或通过链接、截图导入的现场名称、时间、场馆、艺人等信息，只保存在你的设备本地。
图片与视频。记忆碎片、票根、时刻表和动态封面中的图片与视频，以副本形式保存在 App 沙盒中，不会写入系统相册原图。
同行分享。当你主动发起或接受同行邀请时，相关的现场信息和确认状态会通过 Apple CloudKit 在你的账号与同行者之间同步。
购买信息。Pro 会员通过 App Store 订阅，支付与订阅状态由 Apple 处理。BeforeShow 不收集、不保存你的支付信息。
2. 我们如何使用信息
BeforeShow 使用上述信息提供核心功能：展示倒计时与现场信息、生成记忆回顾、创建分享卡片，以及在你主动使用时同步同行状态。我们不会用于广告，也不会向你之外的人出售数据。
本地识别。票务截图只用于设备端 OCR，不会为了识别上传到服务器。
3. 产品分析与操作回放
为了发现卡点、修复问题和改进体验，BeforeShow 会使用 PostHog 收集匿名产品分析事件和操作回放。这些数据用于理解功能是否顺畅，不用于广告投放，也不用于识别你的真实身份。
分析事件通常包括应用启动、关键页面浏览，以及你主动触发的产品动作，例如添加现场、打开会员页或完成购买。操作回放记录的是界面交互过程；文本输入和图片默认会被遮罩，不会用来还原票务截图、记忆照片或支付信息。
你可以随时在「设置 → 隐私与本地数据 → 帮助改进产品」关闭这项功能。关闭后，BeforeShow 会停止继续发送分析与回放数据。
4. 联网功能
链接解析（你主动粘贴演出详情链接）、同行分享（CloudKit）、意见反馈，以及在你未关闭时发送的产品分析 / 操作回放，是 BeforeShow 会发起网络请求的场景。App 不会在后台静默上传你的现场内容、票务截图、照片、视频或录音。
5. 数据保存与备份
App 数据保存在设备本地。iOS 系统备份是否包含 App 数据由 iOS 和你的系统设置决定，BeforeShow 无法控制。我们目前不提供跨设备同步或云端恢复保证。
6. 数据删除与控制
你可以在「设置 → 隐私与本地数据 → 清除 BeforeShow 本地数据」中删除 BeforeShow 管理的本地记录和副本。该操作不会删除系统相册中的原始图片或视频。删除同行分享或停止 iCloud 同步，请按系统设置操作。
如需停止产品分析与操作回放，请关闭「帮助改进产品」开关。
7. 儿童隐私
BeforeShow 面向一般用户，不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。
8. 政策变更
我们可能适时更新本政策，并在本页面公布最新版本。重大变更会在 App 内显著提示。

Privacy Policy
BeforeShow (the "App") respects and protects your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, where it is stored, and how you can delete it.
Last updated: August 20261. Information We Collect
Locally stored event data. Event names, dates, venues, artists, and other data you add manually or import via links or screenshots are stored only on your device.
Photos and videos. Photos and videos in memory fragments, ticket stubs, timetables, and animated covers are stored as copies inside the App's sandbox and are not written back to your photo library.
Companion sharing. When you send or accept a companion invite, the related event data and confirmation status are synced through Apple CloudKit between your account and your companion.
Purchase information. Pro membership is a subscription purchased through the App Store; payment and subscription status are handled by Apple. BeforeShow does not collect or store your payment information.
2. How We Use Information
BeforeShow uses the above information to provide its core features: showing countdowns and event details, generating memory recaps, creating share cards, and syncing companion status when you use it. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
On-device recognition. Ticket screenshots are used for on-device OCR only and are never uploaded for recognition.
3. Product Analytics and Session Replay
To find friction, fix bugs, and improve the experience, BeforeShow uses PostHog to collect anonymous product analytics events and session replay. This data helps us understand whether key flows work smoothly. It is not used for advertising and is not used to identify you in the real world.
Analytics events typically include app launches, key screen views, and product actions you trigger, such as adding a show, opening the membership page, or completing a purchase. Session replay captures interface interactions; text inputs and images are masked by default and are not used to recover ticket screenshots, memory photos, or payment details.
You can turn this off at any time under Settings → Privacy & Local Data → Help Improve the Product. After you turn it off, BeforeShow stops sending further analytics and replay data.
4. Network Features
Link parsing (when you paste an event details link), companion sharing (CloudKit), feedback, and product analytics / session replay (unless you turn them off) are the scenarios where BeforeShow makes network requests. The App never silently uploads your show content, ticket screenshots, photos, videos, or recordings in the background.
5. Storage and Backup
App data is stored locally on your device. Whether iOS backups include App data is determined by iOS and your system settings; BeforeShow cannot control this. We currently do not provide cross-device sync or cloud restore guarantees.
6. Deleting and Controlling Your Data
You can delete records and copies managed by BeforeShow under Settings → Privacy & Local Data → Clear BeforeShow Local Data. This does not delete original photos or videos in your photo library. To delete a companion share or stop iCloud sync, follow your system settings.
To stop product analytics and session replay, turn off Help Improve the Product.
7. Children's Privacy
BeforeShow is intended for the general public, not for children under 14, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time and publish the latest version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the App.
